Very disappointed with the service at Boston Pizza. We come here regularly and enjoy the food, but almost every visit there seems to be an issue with our order. Whenever we request simple customizations—such as adding pesto sauce or putting spinach on only one side of the pizza—something is missed or prepared incorrectly. As a result, we have to wait longer while the mistake is corrected, which takes away from the overall dining experience. Mistakes can happen occasionally, but when it happens repeatedly, it becomes frustrating, especially for loyal customers who visit often. We hope the staff pays closer attention to customer requests and order details in the future. The food is good, but the consistency and attention to detail in service need significant improvement.

Went to Boston Pizza in High Level and had a really good experience. The food came out hot and tasted great, especially the pizza. The place was clean and had a nice relaxed vibe. Paula, the host, was amazing. Super friendly and welcoming right when we walked in. She made us feel comfortable right away and started the visit off on a great note. I'll definitely be coming back!
