We had a family dinner at boston on Thursday. The food was amazing and our usual server, Frank F has been a really good server. He brings the food on time and very friendly! He did a really job! We will come back soon Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was 2 of us here for dinner tonight, were served by Frank and we had a really bad experience with him tonight. The service was annoyingly slow and poor, on top of that Frank put a 20% gratuity on our bill and rushed us to pay it. We added a tip and paid the bill, only after that we realised something was wrong with the amount. Upon questioning him he got defensive and gave us a bs reason saying that 20% gratuity was a by default thing and that he didn’t add that. Such a shitty thing to say. As soon as a different server got involved, Frank said that it was his mistake and will refund the amount. I have been to several Boston Pizza locations, this has never happened before, and I am truly disappointed and wont returning here ever again. I cannot ever trust a server again and Frank has insulted entire Boston Pizza’s Franchise, and what for $20? Service: Dine in Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
