We ordered the Lasagne it was burnt on top and the rest was soup. Absolutely disgusting. U need to look at what leaves your shop. We won't be back. Price per person: A$20–40

ordered online at 6:14pm estimated delivery was 7:14pm got to the estimated time still no delivery and i thought oh maybe their just running a little late but it hits 7:40 still no delivery so we call the guy (owner?) on the phone said that the delivery person just left about 10 minutes later the owner calls back and says that the food was delivered and that someone opened the door and took the food than proceeded to accuse us of taking the food and then complaining they delivered the food to the wrong house. He then complained that he really didn’t want to remake my order which was $86 he was saying “How do you know it was the wrong house” um sir maybe because we don’t have any food the owner is now coming to the house with the delivery person. After all, he doesn’t believe we didn’t get the food. It has now been 2 hours since I ordered. The only good thing about this place is the food which is a disappointment, considering I probably won’t be ordering from here ever again. also whoever took my order owes me $86 because at this point I should be getting my food for free and my money back. Update was just delivered about 10 minutes ago apparently, there was some guy standing in our driveway besides our car and the delivery person handed it to him which doesn’t exactly lineup with what we were told on the phone but the food is here now. but also maybe train your staff not to hand food off to people standing in driveways even if it is the right house still go knock on the door. it only took almost 3 hours to get our food Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 2 Service: 1

Hi Dj Food was delivered to you on time and collected by person at you property then when you called the store that u didn't receive it we made same order again and send to you for second time we did not delivered to wrong house at first place.

Yesterday, l ordered pizza from this shop. Pizza was very tasty even garlic bread was very very tasty. Staff was very friendly. I am very happy with the service of botanic pizza and pasta.
