Good Evening,
We came to your restaurant making a reservation online for 5:30 pm today for a party of 5. I was having a great time with my friends having drinks and eating desserts. We were never told that we have a time limit for the table. The waiter suddenly comes to us telling us that they need to clear the table to make room for the upcoming reservations. We asked to speak to the manager and we informed him that we were never told we had a time limit at the table when we arrived or during the reservation process. He asked us for the confirmation of the reservation to make sure that it didn’t state that there was a time limit for the table. Accross from us there was a table where employees were sitting and just hanging out not doing anything. So why was it that we had to clear a table when that table could have been used for the reservation. The employees shouldn’t have a table to hang out on. That is horrible customer service. I have never been treated this way not even in busy high end restaurants have i experienced something like this.
