Ying teached us the Kombucha class and she is an Angel. She described the process so well and also helped us understand what goes into that process. We appreciated her so much we decided to come back here as often as we can. If you stay in Conrad highly recommend taking the Kombucha class with her. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was impressed by the fresh in-cafe roast local beans. But the lack of design concept beyond the cafe - at least: what is hydroponic system doing here?:) - ruins all the experience. I believe that with a few tweaks and a design concept, Botanikka could be a real gem. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
