Good coffee! Don't think I could score a 5 as I haven't tried any of the food yet. However, this is one of my regular coffee shops. Staff are always friendly and make my coffee very quickly. I'm always tempted by some of the sweet treats in the cabinet also.

Used to love coming here. Sadly things have gone downhill. Firstly, several items that I used to enjoy from the menu are no longer available. After 25 minutes and no food, we gently enquired as to how long it would be ‘it’s only been 20 minutes’ was the reply. Thankfully a refund for the food was provided upon request, however this could have been avoided with some common customer service skills and an apology. Won’t be returning here.

The team at Botica is incredible. Their food is fresh, delicious and filling. Their milkshakes are to die for. And the staff are so friendly! If you're looking for some tasty lunch food, I can't recommend this place enough.
