So dissapointing, that I will never again go to a GA concert. The bouncer and organizers were disorganized and rude. Getting in the venue was pretty easy and the bartenders were nice, just expensive for drinks. There were rules against body slamming and other generally annoying practices which was nice. The other people were generally more rude than others ive been to but cant blame the venue for that. What I can blame them for is not stepping in at all when a mob started and stayed. Explicitly not allowed yet not a singular guard anywhere. I could see that people were angry, abused, and a fight nearly broke out. This is totally unacceptable and no one should be coming here expecting any sort of safety. They need to shut down the venue area until they hire competent security. Totally ruined the show obviously, so what a waste of money.

(Updated review) I am absolutely thrilled with how Kevin handled everything! After posting my review, he personally reached out and thoroughly addressed all my concerns about the Bottom Lounge and the event. He even went out of his way to arrange event attendance for both me and my aid. We had such a fantastic evening! The entire staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Kevin truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience, and the security team was absolutely wonderful in quickly resolving our bathroom accommodations. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!
