Hi Jvanil2, we’re very sorry to read this review and are quite concerned by what you’ve described.We have spoken with our team, and the behaviour you’ve described is very much out of character for our staff. We take particular concern with the suggestion that one of our team members would laugh at a child with special needs, as this is certainly not behaviour we would tolerate.We are wondering whether there may have been a misunderstanding, or possibly even a mix-up with another business.
