Hi Brandon! Thank you for coming out during World Cup weekend and for taking the time to write this, the good and the not so good. I'm glad that the pizza & the beer, and bar crew lived up to what we're going for when it comes to hospitality. The interaction at the pizza window is different, and you're right to let us know about it. Asking for a time estimate when you've got kids with you is totally reasonable, and the answer you got isnt acceptable or how we want anyone treated, regardless of being busy or not. That one's on us and we'll address it with the team directly. I'd really like the chance to show you a better visit next time you're in the area if you're open to it.
