I used to like going here and would give them a 5 star but... The last 3 times I was screwed over for 10$ an order. I came here with my kids all those 3 times and we got meals totaling around 48$ each time. All those 3 times I gave them 60$ cash and was given change and missing 10$ in change. The receipt always said that I gave them 50$ not 60$!!! All of those times I noticed it I complained about it. Not sure if anything was done about it or not but all those people still work there. The last time I ordered food for all my 3 kids and me all the fries was missing. I only noticed it when I got home.

Not sure why but Braums is the only fast food chain who can’t accommodate a plain burger patty order. They want to charge you full price per batty as if you’re getting everything. Definitely a poor business decision on their part. Thankful for Sonic, What a Burger and Wendy’s! Our family will patronize those businesses going forward

My heart broke as I read this today. I can accept errors and sometimes poor quality. Cold fries. A less than friendly attitude, but to be blessed with a salaried position and to treat another human being like this is just wrong! I don't normally post when we do things for the homeless, or people in need. But something happened today, and I'm going to share it with you. Today after I got home from work. I took the girls to get ice cream. They've been stressed, and it sounded like a good idea. While they were eating, something happened that caught my attention. A man, dressed in all black, barely walked into the store before the general manager, Gerald Wolfe, stopped him. The manager says "What do you need buddy?" the man in black says "I just need water, please." To which the manager replies "We don't give out water here." and he points to the door. So the man in black leaves. Now, keep in mind, it's 87° and almost October. It's freaking hot out, for being autumn. I tell the girls to wait at the table. I step outside and offer to buy the man a drink. So the man in black follows me inside. We get in line, and the GM comes back over and aggressively tells the man in black that he "needs to leave, NOW" I said, "Excuse me, but I'm buying him a drink. He's a customer now, why can't he stay?" The GM says "Well, you can take him his drink outside. He's not welcome here!!" I ask "Why?" the manager replies "Because I refuse to serve him!!" The man in black says to me, "Well... Can I meet you at McDonald's?" I looked at him and said, "Yea, let's go." I looked at the manager and told him he just lost my business too. I gathered the girls, and drove the guy over to McDonald's and bought him a meal. I've been homeless, it's rough. I don't know this guys story. But he didn't deserve to be treated that way. As far as the GM, I don't know if this location has issues with loitering or not. But, I don't understand why the man in black wasn't welcome to purchase a drink?! I asked the GM, and he refused to say anything other than "I refuse to serve him." We've given this location a lot of our business in the past, but after today, I don't plan going back again.
