The staff especially the lady at Breadtalk Sm sta rosa did not give us parchment paper for the tray. she said to direct the bread in the tray as it’s sanitize. and people are just getting the tray from a certaim area which seems unhygienic. we politely ask for the plastic so we can put the bread straight to it but th lady in a condescending tone said no as it will be packed at the counter. the other customer also complained about the parchment as this is food industry and must observe proper hygene. we are disappointed with this branch. hope the management will do something about it. we end up butung at Clydes instead. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Bread in any BreadTalk branch is good; no problem with that. The selection is also vast. Place is kind of big for BreadTalk. It also has a dining area, but it looks kind of old, and you can see it in the glass and tiles. Staff are welcoming, and when I visited, they were even assisting the elderly. Good job. Overall, a good branch to visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱1–200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
