AVOID THIS BREADTOP. UNCONSCIONABLE CONDUCT BY MANAGEMENT. Ordered a chocolate mud cake for my son's birthday which is today.. When I picked it up yesterday, the woman took the cake out of the box half way for me to see if there's any damages. I was with my son so I had a quick look. When I got home, I noticed the cake does not have any ganache around the cake what so ever even though the photo and description of the cake clearly showed it is covered in chocolate ganache. I also noticed the expiry date of the cake is tomorrow so they gave me a stale cake that looked nothing like the cake I ordered and paid for. I called the store today to sort the issue out. Spoke with the manager who does not want to assist saying it is MY fault that they gave me a stale cake that looks nothing like what I ordered as I didn't inspect it properly when I picked it up. He was very condescending saying the store did every thing right. Now my son's birthday is ruined because they don't want to take any responsibility. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
