Colleague staying at the hotel dropped us off in the car park and went up to his room and a rude tw at came out and aggressively asked us what we were doing, no idea why he had such a bad attitude. Our company puts up quite a few people at this hotel as well.

A group of 10 of us booked a table at the Royal Hotel Bideford including one disabled lady, when we arrived the table was not ready, no suitable seating was offered, we were just pointed to the bar(which is just another restaurant) and told to wait. When we were finally shown to our table, a nice waitress came and took our drinks order, but the drinks never arrived until we had nearly finished our meal. The meal was fine apart from the roast potatoes and the Yorkshire puddings which were overdone. No body came to ask how our meal was. The staff were just standing around complaining to each other how long people were taking and giving us dirty looks, which made us feel very uncomfortable and the we were just in the way.
