Sadly, just like their central location, Briançon isn’t a particularly good bakery. Their prices are similar to the top bakeries of Aarhus, but the quality falls short. The bread lacks a crunchy crust, is dense inside, and tastes bland. The croissants are no better—barely flaky, too dense, missing butter, and made with the wrong dough. It’s honestly no better than some supermarket bakeries but at a higher price. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: kr 1–100 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2
