I stopped in for a pint and had a very relaxing time. Come back after exploring the town and the two gentlemen were very kind and helpful in helping me find my way to the train station. To the two lads who helped me March 18th thank you so much! Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bridge bar don't do food so I scored 5 for that. We will not be going back here as the security on the door are highly rude. My daughter (23) and her partner (22) said they didn't want to go with us here for one drink because the security at the door were very rude. We told them that being with us would mean there wouldn't be an issue, there was. The main guy on door stated using his torch to look in my daughters face to check her ID and then give off to her boyfriend about not having his ID with him. My wife asked him about the way he was talking to the two of them and his words were 'in not talking to you, just go in'. We spoke to the owner, but I don't know if he will deal with the security issue as he is losing out on custom, creating a poor reflection of the bar and creating the feeling of negativity to younger (and I mean over 21s) people going out in Newry. It was not our first experience with this guy but I will be going to other near by premises when I'm going out in Newry from now on. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
