What a waste of money this must be the worst fish I’ve ever had batter so hard and very stogy fish dry awful taste definitely not fresh chips not much better won’t be returning only place suitable for this food was the bin Food: 1 Service: 3

Ordered and delivery was late, kids meal missing drinks, half the food wasn't edible, only decent thing was the salad. Wouldn't recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointing experience ordering from The Bridge Fish Bar tonight. The order was scheduled for 7:30pm with an estimated delivery of 7:35pm, yet the food didn’t arrive until well over an hour later. I called the shop three times during the wait and was told twice that the order had already left, which clearly wasn’t true. After being messed around for over an hour, the only “compensation” offered was £2 credit towards another order. Offering £2 after a 1 hour 15 minute delay feels quite insulting and does very little to make up for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, the food was cold on arrival after such a long wait. Delays can happen, but honesty and decent customer service go a long way. Unfortunately this experience has completely put me off ordering from here again, and I hope the management take customer service more seriously in future. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
