The rise & fall of the bridge house. This used to be an affordable diner you could count on now they’ve increased prices & cut portions to the point I won’t be returning. Food was fine, hash browns were banging (super crispy with a ton of butter) but for $5 for a single person portion is crazy. Additionally omelet was an a egg scramble folded over with cheese on top. For $13 disappointing since it only came with 2 pieces of toast. If prices were how they were 2 years ago I would have been happy paying 10-12 for the amount of food served. Server was kind but forgot about us (no refills) then hurried us out the door about 5 minutes after taking our plates. Would recommend brothertons in mt healthy instead. This place is fine but that place is what this place used to be & should have remained. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $10–20 Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Walked in and the dining room was quite busy - sat myself at the bar to patiently wait for my server. My expectation of slower service today quickly vanished. The servers worked in symbiotic tandem, with one quickly providing me a piping hot coffee while I waited the brief wait for my server Mariah. She made it the best Bridge House experience I've had thus far! Friendly and polite, coupled with an expeditious nature, she expertly navigated the busy shift as I enjoyed my meal. Even in the midst of a rush, Mariah did an amazing job personalizing the experience for me Plaudits to the team today - y'all crushed it!! Service: 5

Bridge House Restaurant had a classic breakfast selection. I ordered the Breakfast Plate #1 which was biscuits and gravy, eggs, and home fries. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were a bit underdone, but still good. The potatoes were flavorful, but I particularly like the gravy with the biscuit. It was very peppered and delicious. If you are looking for a classic diner breakfast, this is a great stop.The environment was a bit confined. The restaurant is very small overall. They also seemed understaffed, so while service was good, it was slow.
