Brilliant Pub with Outstanding Hospitality/. I can’t say enough good things about The Bridge Inn in Peebles. It’s exactly what a proper pub should be, relaxed, friendly & full of character. Whether you’re popping in for a quiet pint or meeting friends for a bite to eat, it’s the kind of place that makes you want to stay a bit longer than planned. Peter, the bar manager, is a credit to the place. He’s always welcoming, by the looks of service he knows his regulars well, & manages the bar with real ease and professionalism. It’s clear he sets a high standard for the team & it shows everyone was friendly, efficient & genuinely seemed to enjoy working there. The selection of ales & whiskies is spot-on & the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between lively but laid-back. There’s a strong sense of community here, but visitors are made to feel just as at home. If you're in Peebles and looking for a proper pint and a warm welcome, The Bridge Inn should be your first stop. Already looking forward to the next visit.
