My wife and I had dinner here on a Saturday night after seeing great reviews on Google. We were certainly not disappointed! The resteraunt is small and the ambience is great, while the staff treat you so well and engage personally. We had a seat at the bar where you could watch food being prepared over the open fire. The attention to detail was facinating. The food was fabolous and not just the stake. My wife had Monkfish, perfectly cooked while the venison was excellent. I would highly reccomend the cuttlefish in pesto which was a real eye opener. All in all a really enjoyable evening and this place is an underrated gem in Norwich. Thank you to the staff for making us welcome. Wonderful evening! When you find a place where everyone is truly devoted to their craft, it never disappoints. That’s what we found at Brix and Bones. From the start of our experience at Gonzo’s Tea Room (downstairs), to the end of our amazing dining experience at Brix and Bones, the staff were second to none, and the food and drinks were some for the memory books. Pictured here, and all incredible: The Bloody Mary oysters, cabbage with lardo, mackerel (which I don’t like and it was still delicious), monkfish bites with crab Mayo, beautifully cooked ribeye, and mutton tacos. OMG can’t wait to find an excuse to go again! Meal type: Dinner
