I usually enjoy the food that I get from Broadway’s Best. Tonight, I received a sandwich that was missing ingredients and had highly overcooked chicken. I called BB and asked if it would be possible to send another sandwich, this time made properly. They refused and said they could instead send out the missing ingredients for me to apply to the sandwich myself. No offer of a refund or any effort to rectify the issue.
With so much competition in the immediate area, I am surprised that BB would not have exhibited better customer service. I will not be ordering from Broadway’s Best again and I discourage anyone else from ordering from them.
