We would like to clarify certain points with you: 1) We place a point of honor on the welcome and the way we receive our customers. However, our employees are very cheerful and always happy to welcome customers. It is possible that under a small moment of stress or concentration, we can appear cold without necessarily wanting to. We apologize if this disturbed you. 2) The waiting time in a chip shop is legitimate on a Friday evening. Unfortunately, you are not the only customer ordering from our establishment. We have on-site orders and delivery orders as well. 3) Cooking the fries is essential. We will try to be more careful in the future. All constructive criticism is welcome. It is a shame to post a negative review knowing that you have been a loyal customer for years. We are trying to work hard on the reputation of this establishment.
