The Brooklyns looks more impressive from the outside than it actually is inside. The entrance is average and the overall atmosphere is just okay, nothing special. The biggest issue was the menu. A lot of the dishes they list are simply not available. Even in desserts, the only thing they had was a brownie, while the menu showed several options. If you don't have something, don't put it on the menu. It's frustrating for customers. On top of that, the steaks were below average, and to make it worse, we found grass in my friend's steak. We immediately told the waiter, but they were completely unbothered and did not take it seriously at all. That is a basic hygiene failure and the staff's response made it even worse. We also sat in the open air seating area after dinner, and I noticed some of the waiters were gossiping and laughing at the couples sitting nearby. That is unprofessional and disrespectful. I have pictures of this if the management ever wants to look into it. The washroom situation is also not good. There is only one proper washroom and you have to wait in a queue to use it. The pasta, however, was genuinely delicious and the highlight of the meal. The paintings inside the hall are also nice. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Hygiene, professionalism, and facilities all need serious attention from management.
