We walked into Brother Pablo Café and asked politely if they were open, as the place was completely empty and there was no music or staff activity. While my friend was briefly on the phone deciding what to order, the person who seemed to be in charge suddenly became aggressive. They started swearing at us and told us to leave in a very confrontational manner, completely unprovoked. The behaviour was erratic, intimidating, and shockingly unprofessional. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made us feel unsafe being there. Given the attitude and behaviour of the person running the café, it’s not surprising there were no customers. This kind of treatment guarantees people won’t return. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
