Arrived at Bruchi's in Mt. Spokane, Wa. on 4-17-26 @ 2:55 pm. Took my order for dine in 5 min. later, I noticed all of the dine in customers before me had no food in front of them. After 25 minutes they had food but not me. The young female manager (she claimed) informed me my one cheesesteak would be out soon. I asked her politely why did the gentleman who arrived at least ten minutes (to go order) after me was served before me???? She flipped out, became hostile and rude and told me to leave HER restaurant. For simply asking why. How dare her! NEVER again will I spend one cent at ANY Bruchi's restaurants. Bruchi's in Mt. Spokane, Wa. SUCKS!!!!! Maybe upper management might reconsider the choice to keep a snotty manager over losing a customer for life..... Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pick up order for whole office. Not ready even 15 minutes after designated pickup time. Out of ham. Forgot side items. Brought back to office to find that fountain drink was only carbonated water because syrup ran out. Lack of empathy or care. Extremely disappointed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered the 12” Classic, EXTRA MEAT, added bacon with no bun, when I got the bag it felt empty My heart sank as I just killed it at the gym and was looking forward to a good helping of protein. $18.45 for this with a ice water. Just shows how little protein you actually get with ALL THAT BUN, sorry but you lost a customer here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4
