Ordered 3 bagels ... in a bag ... just plain ... not toasted ... nothing sliced ... Took 13 minutes to receive my order ... Un effen acceptable !!! On the plus side the bagels were 1/2 way decent

Waited 40 minutes for 2 bagels and an iced coffee. I had to ask for a refund as they were only processing orders that came through the drive thru

Very disappointed. I've been a very big Bruegger's Bagels fan for 20+ years and I'm hesitant to give a negative review, but I do feel like some customer service and overall care in putting together sandwiches needs to be instilled back into the place. I just left from getting one of my favorite bagel sandwiches, and was left very much disappointed. I've never seen such a slopped together Leonardo Da Veggie. This sandwich is $6.50! I'm happy to pay that for my favorite sandwich, assuming it's put together with just the least bit of awareness and care. This sandwich has been on the menu the whole time I've been alive, so I feel like there is no excuse for not putting it together pristinely. My sandwich had very close to zero cream cheese, it was practically falling apartment when I grabbed it out of the bag, and I very clearly ordered it with a rosemary olive oil bagel, which was completely disregarded. It was given to me with the standard Asiago bagel. I essentially paid close to $7 for a sliced bagel, some lettuce tomato and onion, and a slice of cheese. When we came around to the drive through window, I also not told my total. I understand the store closes at 2pm, and I was ordering my food around 1:30, but that shouldn't change the quality. Not sure I'll be returning, at least to the Glastonbury location.
