The plain white and sesame crusted loaves used to be good but either management or employees have changed the recipe obviously to save money. It's dry powdery and there is no difference in texture between the crust and the centre it's literally inedible fresh or toasted. It started as an occasional occurrence but ever more increasingly often until last visit every loaf was CRAP. I will never buy bread from here again "The Mad Baker" (MB) makes the BEST BREAD IN TOWN HANDS DOWN. BRUMBYS QUALITY WENT DOWN THE DRAIN WHEN NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER. AT THIS RATE THEY WILL LOSE THEIR CUSTOMER BASE AND BE FORCED TO CLOSE WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS. stick to the original recipe and quality AT ANY COST or perish at your own fault. I'll never know if you improve the quality back to what it was I've brought home too many CRAP loaves to go back again you've ALREADY LOST ME. NEVER AGAIN.
