El sercicio excelente, la.comida esta muy rica. Deberias probar el stake con las enchiladas de mole, haaaa pero los chilaquiles tambien. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20

Brunch Time used to be one of my favorite places, which is why today's experience was so disappointing. We've been here a few times before with our family, and it's always been a great experience. The service has consistently been excellent, and the staff has always been friendly. I usually order the burger, but today I decided to try something different and ordered the chicken-fried steak. Unfortunately, that's when things started to go wrong. After waiting about 25 minutes, my order arrived, but it was incorrect. Instead of chicken-fried steak, I was served chicken-fried chicken. The server even asked me to check if it was the steak, but it clearly wasn't, so I had to wait even longer for my correct meal. While I was waiting, I started eating my side of fruit. After taking a bite of a blackberry, I was horrified to discover a bug inside it. At that point, I completely lost my appetite. I chose not to make a scene because I didn't want to ruin the meal for the rest of my family. When it was time to pay, I asked to speak with the manager and requested that they at least discount or comp part of my meal, which I felt was a reasonable request given everything that had happened. What disappointed me even more was the manager's response. They simply said, "That happens all the time." Hearing that made me wonder how thoroughly the fruit is being washed and inspected before it's served. I'm not writing this because I'm angry. I'm writing it because I'm genuinely saddened. We really loved Brunch Time, and I expected much better, especially in how the situation was handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don't have the same experience. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your order and for the delay in getting it corrected. We also understand how upsetting it must have been to discover an insect in your fruit. While fresh berries can occasionally have tiny insects despite being washed, they should always be thoroughly inspected before being served, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. We’re equally disappointed to hear that our response at the time did not leave you feeling heard or cared for. Regardless of the circumstances, we should have handled your concerns with greater empathy and offered a better resolution. Your feedback has been shared with our management and kitchen teams so we can reinforce our food inspection procedures and our approach to guest service. We truly value your support over the years, and it saddens us to know this experience changed your impression of our restaurant.
