Presta atención a los precios que tiene este restaurante, porque son razonables. En Cafe Brunelli Glynde podrás disfrutar de su agradable decoración y de una atrayente atmósfera. This place was our go to restaurant for a while until today - Father’s Day 2024. We ordered a pizza with extra meat, a Gamberi pasta add olives, a side of sweet potato fries, a jug of coke and a kids fish and chips that comes with an apple juice. When our meals came out, we noticed the pizza didn’t have any extra meat and only 8 tiny slices of salami on a large size and the Gamberi pasta didn’t have olives. We raised this with one of the waitresses and she said she will go and speak to someone. She came back about 3 minutes later with a side of semi hard and cold olives for the pasta and said that they can’t remake the pizza due to it being busy. We didn’t eat the olives because they simply should’ve been cooked with the pasta. The same waitress then came back with a plate of extra meat that was cold to add to our pizza. We said we didn’t want it and she insisted we take it. We said no because that should’ve been cooked with the pizza and why would we want cold meat on our pizza just like cold olives in our pasta? Once we started eating, both the pizza and pasta had no flavour and the pizza was gluggy meaning it was undercooked. We also never received the apple juice that comes with the kids meal. Once going up to pay, we complained about our meal and experience. No one at all was considerate and made no efforts to fix the issue they caused yet made us pay nearly full price with a measly $9 off an almost $100 outing. They also made us pay for our kids meal even though it says on the window “kids eat free Mon-Sun” we raised this with them and they said that doesn’t apply because it’s Father’s Day. Where is that advertised? Also, if that’s the case, then your sign on your window is false advertisement. I don’t really understand why it being Father’s Day makes a difference? There’s no special deals so you’re not losing money applying free kids meals. Every other time we’ve gone, we’ve had no issues until today and today was the only time we’ve been there when it’s busy. Clearly can’t work well under pressure it seems and give no remorse to customers for your poor skills and knowledge. Would not recommend this place to anyone again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
