Was here two weeks ago for my granddaughter graduation party was done great food and everything was professional. Today was there for lunch had boasted chicken was excellent wife had a burger same. This was my second visit to Buckets this month, the first visit was a to-go order with some of the best cheese, curds and teriyaki chicken wings that I've had in Wisconsin! Which prompted me to show up for one of the in-house specials today. My service was lousy, the waitress that took my order apparently put everything in at once and all the items it showed up all at once! The cheese curds were warm, the mediocre Texas soup was lukewarm and the chicken wings were good, this time I got teriyaki and garlic parmesan, but after a couple of wings, I decided that I really wasn't that crazy about the garlic parmesan. Anyway, both times that I've been there the service has been spotty and prone to communication issues, as if everybody is new on the job. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I'm glad to hear you enjoyed our cheese curds and teriyaki wings enough to come back for a second visit.I'm sorry your dine-in experience didn't meet your expectations. It sounds like your appetizers, soup, and wings were all served together instead of being paced throughout the meal, and I understand how that can take away from the experience. I also apologize that the soup wasn't served as hot as it should have been.We're continuing to train and develop our team, and feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve our communication and timing in the kitchen and dining room.I appreciate your honest comments and hope you'll give us another opportunity to provide the experience we strive for.
