I had a very disappointing experience with this establishment. As someone familiar with authentic Bengali cuisine, I found the food here did not reflect the quality, freshness, or traditional taste that one would expect. The dishes lacked authenticity and did not meet basic expectations in terms of flavor and preparation. In addition, the overall presentation, cleanliness, and business approach left much to be desired. A restaurant should not only focus on selling food, but also on maintaining quality, consistency, and respect for the culture it represents. I believe there is significant room for improvement, especially in food quality, customer experience, and professionalism. I would encourage the owners to take feedback seriously and work toward delivering a more authentic and respectful representation of Bengali cuisine.
