When half of our food finally got to the table it was cold. Barely saw our server. I think we will go to Lexington next time. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Chicken Wings

I primarily came to Buffalo Wild Wings because it was the only restaurant open late, and had they played their cards right, they could have gained a regular due to their late night availability. Kaitlyn, my server, was the cherry on top as to why I will not be back. She took 15 minutes to bring our drinks, as she chatted away at a nearby table. She did not bring silverware or the menu I asked for, I had to get up and get them myself from the front of the restaurant. The worst part was, when I finally had my food, she disturbed me while I was mid bite to ask for my ID. Customers do not appreciate being disturbed or having to touch their belongings with sauce covered fingers. At the end of everything, as she brought our change, she asked, “do you want your jiggle change?” Since when is the norm to *ask* a customer if they want their change or not? Of course they do. I do not think Kaitlyn is a good edition to the team, and I wish I could come back, but as long as she is working there, I’d rather not. My food was fine, but became sour after being served by her.
