Kevin with Offline - This place rocked. Honestly as much as fast food now days but this place has great flavor and quality. Portions are a good size and that is coming from a pretty big guy too. Price per person: $10–20

I order here all the time and have been coming here for over 2 years. I love the build your own box option as it never disappoints! Ive never had bad customer service or a poor experience before. Yesterday I did an in app order and it was not correct. I went into the store to get the issue resolved with the manager. However I was met with someone who was unhelpful and dismissive. She refused to help and insisted that I ordered it wrong. Prior to entering the store I kept double checking the ticket to make sure I didn't make a mistake, which I did not. The issue itself was not a big deal. I simply wanted to add extra sauce. She insisted on not giving me what I ordered. The manager just made a simple request overly complicated. I didn't feel like arguing with her over something so small. I wanted to get the order that I paid for. Overall just disappointed with the customer service and experience yesterday. Food: 3 Service: 1

Bul Box is the perfect place for people that are looking for healthy, yet tasty food alternatives. The customer service is nice, and they are willing to answer any questions. The service is very quick, & the food is served both hot & fresh. Im not sure if it is still on the menu, but for salmon lovers I highly recommend the Carolina Box. My 2nd favorite is the Korean Banh Mi. If you enjoy chipotle & cava, and you're open to trying different cuisines, Bul Box is worth the try. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
