Este es el sitio para degustar recetas de las cocinas china y taiwanesa. Muchos visitantes vienen para pedir su singular ternera picante, sus sabrosos fideos con ternera y su bien trabajado caldo. Aquí te van a ofrecer unas tortitas verdes bien preparadas. Tal y como muchos clientes reconocen, su leche con té es bastante estupenda.
El éxito de este restaurante no sería posible sin un de confianza personal. Tal y como la mayoría de críticos dicen, el servicio es magnífico. Su sorprendente decoración merece que la mires con tus propios ojos. Pero la valoración de Yelp para Bull Demon King no es alta, como puede verse por los comentarios recibidos.

Not worth your time nor money. The service was very rude. Upon sitting down, the young waiter immediately stood in front me me waiting for me to order. I told him I needed some time to look at the menu. After I finished eating, the waiter didn't bother to give me the check so I went up to the cash register. The waiter told me there's an extra charge of 75 cents for using a credit card. I told him I will pay cash. Up until this time he hadn't told me what the total bill was. After about 10 seconds later, he asked so where's the cash? I replied, what's the total amount? Then he quickly showed me the check. All in all, not a good customer experience.

Shadiest service I've seen in a while, even in the 626. The moment we walked in, we weren't even given menus until 10 minutes in despite being one of the only customers in the room. After making eye contact with the rude waiter, he finally realizes that we didn't order yet and proceeds to drop the menus in front of us as if he had something else better to do. When we asked for water, the waiter yells at us that the water is self serve and is located in the back (as if we were expected to know this). After pouring the water, I noticed there were sharp, black pieces of plastic or some other kind of material in the water, which I quickly noted to the waiter. He then proceeds to tell me that it is "dried up water," whatever that means, and quickly takes the cup from me into the kitchen to dispose of it before I could take photo evidence. After I called him out on this, he began getting defensive and raised his tone, explaining that he cleans the water dispenser every day and repeating the "dried water" explanation. I was very offended, considering my 9 year old brother was about to drink this water, and had I not caught it, who knows what would've happened. Never coming here again because there are better places in the 626 to get Taiwanese beef noodle soup. I will gladly be taking my business to 101 Noodle Express or DTF, thank you very much.

We came to this Rosemead Bull Demon King Cafe (牛魔王) because of Temple BDK under "remodel". We were not disappointed. BDK's beef noodle soup is as good as our friends recommended. We did not try the spicier "Hell" version, maybe next time. We ordered "thick" noodle, which was supposed to be the classic for beef noodle soup; "medium" spicy to avoid any surprise; "Beef" version(Beef Noodle Soup 紅燒牛肉麵, $10.95) and "Beef & Tendon" version (Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup 半筋半肉牛肉麵, $10.95). We add Beef Tripe (牛肚 $4.50) to the meal. Beef has been stewed to "soft" but chewy, very nice. Thick noodle was stringy while not supple. Soup was scrumptious. BDK located in a plaza with plenty of parking. BDK's setting and decoration were modest and clean. Service was quick and cordial. BDK's menu displayed quite a few stuff: foods/snacks/drinks, way beyond just beef noodle soups. BDK had specials for different weekdays, how nice! We enjoyed the lunch very much.
