Dreadful, meal will be coming back on me in the hour.
This used to be a wonderful cafe, but they have changed food staff and both our meals were inedible. Cooked last week if a day, tough, and awful. What was worse however was the response from the manager who clearly didn't care less, and was not willing to even admit there was an issue with the meals. Save your money (and your stomach) and go elsewhere.

have literally thrown up 3 times in the last 40 minutes. I ordered a Breaky Burger with no buffalo sauce or aioli. The burger had aioli, understandable, as these things happen. I returned my order and spoke to 'Seb', requesting it to be re-made, due to the error. He proceeded to give the burger to the cook, who proceeded to insert his index and middle finger, in between the rolls, into the centre of the burger, where egg yolk and aioli overflowed. I assume it was his way of checking that the order was indeed incorrect. He did this without a glove and his a face mask was lowered to his middle chin, exposing both his mouth and nose. Seb said to me "they're making it again". The burger was removed from sight and approximately five minutes later was handed what was described as "a fresh burger". Unfortunately, it was anything but fresh; the aioli had been barely scraped, so what they did in those five minutes is a mystery. As I tasted the aioli, it dawned on me that I had just eaten whatever else was on the cook's hands and finger nails. I am in disbelief that such negligence and disregard occurred during a pandemic whose risks to health and wellbeing is so well known and accepted and on top of I paid $16 for this experience that has left me feeling disgusted.
I threw up within seconds of realising what I had eaten. I am both repulsed and furious. I returned and addressed Seb telling him what had happened. He ignored me completely and in response, asked the girl at the counter to give me a refund. He walked off. I have thrown up two more times since and now the anxiety of COVID has ruined what had been a pleasant day with the family. The actions of this establishment are entirely incomprehensible! Unacceptable! Never, ever again!
