I ordered a double smashed burger where it's clearly written on uber eats that's its 2 beef patties, 2 slices of cheese, bt what was delivered was absolutely shocking, a total disappointment. As you can see on the photos it was 1 beef patty and 1 slice of cheese, if I wanted that i would have just ordered the smash burger at 686ksh, bt ordered the double one at 840ksh. Not worth it at all. P.S. I initially received the wrong order, which was disappointing, but the owner handled the situation really well. They apologised, explained the mix-up, and took full responsibility. They went the extra mile by sending the correct order along with complimentary loaded fries, which I really appreciated. The food was great and the service recovery made a big difference. Mistakes happen, especially when it’s busy, but they handled it professionally. I’d definitely order from them again.
