I needed advice on the LELIT BIANCA coffee machine. The description of the problem was detailed in the mail. I contacted all services in SK and one in CZ Buna Cafe. The answer came from one service from SK and that they only deal with their own customers, from another service I received an offer that they can order a spare part at a price of approx. 50 euros. A prompt response came from Buna Cafe, with a proposal for a solution. Since it wasn't quite clear to me, I took a picture of the problem and sent it back. The next day, I received an intelligible explanation in my mail with a description on my photo of what I should do. I followed the instructions, put the coffee machine into service without buying any other components. Thank you very much, I really appreciate this approach, I wish you many satisfied customers. Mary

The espresso and cappuccino course was great. Mr. Smítal was very pleasant and helpful. The whole course was designed for people who like good coffee, like to prepare it, but don't live only on coffee! Interesting theory and lots of good practice advice. He repeatedly showed me what I couldn't do. Certainly a beneficial course for me. Unfortunately, since the course was on Saturday, it was not possible to buy anything from the store, so I will have to go there again. Thank you for a pleasant time spent.
