Ordered from here a few times off uber eats. Never had a bad meal.. delicious every-time. Had both chicken and Beef burgers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5

I would give less than one star. Delivery took nearly two hours and arrived cold. Over a £100 order and was missing food. Can't judge the quality of the food because service was so poor. Their solutions were to either refund the missing burger or that they will add it on to the next order. Completely ignoring us explaining that there's now a missing meal which means one of us is just watching the others eat. It took us repeatedly asking almost begging for a replacement to be sent out. The manager even started at one point telling us the correct order was sent out etc which was the most insulting thing. Do not call your customers liars. We just wanted the missing meal replaced. Awful customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time trying Burger Boi (Wolverhampton) and very impressed. Great food and service. Though we had to wait a while for the food, all the staff were extremely busy but took the odd moment to apologise for the wait, which was appreciated. I guess if a place is busy that means the food is good and it didn't disappoint. Food was well presented too. Will definitely be returning.
