There needs to be a way to contact the store directly if there's any issues problems or questions I have tried calling Denny's on lures eight times now to let it listen to it ring about three maybe four times and then go directly to a busy signal. I looked up a number online trying to find a way to contact Burger Den or at least you need a chat... Just something so I can reach out to these people and ask a question that's going to make them more money. I'm trying to give Burger den more money and I cannot do that. It's very frustrating. The number that I received online and I mentioned earlier about all the background noise talking cuz the number was like I don't know I guess a live feed but it ended up being Waikiki but who knew there's a WAIKIKI in Western Australia.
So I guess I don't get to order a side of wavy fries because there's no way I can put it on my order because where Burger Dan has opted out of doing preferences there's NO WAY for me to even just stick it on my order somewhere and hope for the best.
Like I said earlier very frustrating a business in general that people might want to reach out to, because you're cooking their food and restaurants always have to have you working phone available. If that's the one thing I learned about the past 30 years of me working in restaurants. It never fails you place it to go order something happens with it something has to be changed or added or subtracted something does. That is my issue and I feel that is an issue that needs to be resolved post haste.
