Customer service was very friendly. However, we ordered the new specialty whoppers on the app. When we got there to pick up the order, they told us that they’ve already discontinued those whoppers, so they no longer have any of the ingredients to make them. This was frustrating because those specific whoppers were the only thing we wanted (I hadn’t been to any Burger King in over 5 years before that, but the new/specialty whoppers got my attention). I feel like they should take it off the app if they’re not selling it anymore. If I had known they didn’t have what I wanted, I would have ordered from a different restaurant. That was a week ago, and as of today, the whoppers are still available to order on the app. Also, their fries are TERRIBLE. Like the worst fries out of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. And that’s not a complaint specific to this location, I think that’s just Burger King in general. They really need to revamp the fries. My recommendation is to order at the restaurant, so that you can make sure they actually have what you want. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
