We arrived at this Burger King location at 9:30 PM – well before closing time at 10:00 PM. First, we were told there was no pork or beef left, only chicken. Then a few minutes later, they said there were no burger buns available at all. In reality, it was obvious the staff had already cleaned up and shut down the kitchen early. The lights in the kitchen were off, everything was spotless – they were clearly done for the day and just didn’t want to serve any more customers. I usually don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this experience was just unacceptable. This kind of attitude does not reflect well on the Burger King brand. Especially after a long trip, when all you want is a quick bite, this was extremely disappointing. If your opening hours say until 10:00 PM, the kitchen should remain open until that time – not shut down early for the staff’s convenience. I highly suggest reviewing the work ethic and service standards at this location Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
