Uno de los lugares más asquerosos en donde he comido con mi familia todo el restaurante esta echo una basura las mesas sucias el piso lleno de basura las máquinas llenas de kepshup y todas sucias los trabajadores son bien estupidos no saben aser su trabajo y se asen los que no te entienden por mi cuenta ni una estrella les diera

Extremely rude customer service, I have never experienced this ever before at any fast food restaurant. When I got to the drive-thru there was dead silence for a few minutes. I said hello, and there was a rude tone telling me she will be with me, I said ok. I waited and waited and I was so hungry and just thought I would wait. When the person came to the drive through she asked me what I wanted without apologising for the long wait. I told her what I wanted, and without reading the order back to me and giving me the total, she again rudely told me to drive up to the window. I get to the window, after waiting in the drive thru for almost 7 minute, the girl with tatooes who I am assuming was the person who took my order, was talking to her co-workers and got on her cell phone for a long time did not even acknowledge that I was there waiting. I waited for another 10 minutes, she gets my order comes to the window, again does not greet me, then puts the order on the side and walks away to talk to someone?? She could not be bothered that I had been waiting and atleast get my order take care of. I drove off because at that point I was not going to pay to be mistreated by a rude employee. I will never go back to that Burger King, and cannot believe your standards have lowered so much. Train your employees to have better customer service. I also called the store in the evening to complain about the person I dealt with, spoke to the manager who was also rude and told me the employee who served me is the General Manager! This manager also had no customer service skills, was short with me and and hung up on me, wow!
