Tuvimos dificultad para encontrar donde sentarnos xq toooodas las mesas estaban sucias! Si no fuera xq nos gusta la comida, no estaríamos aquí!

"I went to the Burger King on Mae Anne and McCarran on July 8th in the afternoon. I ordered via the app, but the guy at the counter was completely ignoring me. He was too busy gossiping and flirting, even though I was the only customer inside. After about eight minutes, he gave my order to someone else. A girl who just started told me what happened. Eventually, he handed me a bag, but it felt wrong. The food wasn’t even that great. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The cook wasn’t at fault, but the service was just awful."

This has to be the worst BK in the Reno Sparks area. Went in Saturday May 30th between 12-1 pm. 4 adults 4 kids after a soccer game. Some lady came out yelling at the cashier about letting one of us use the restroom while we were ordering food. It took roughly i th I nk around 20 minutes to get our food. The Coke, dr pepper, root beer, and a couple others were out. Zero care. We told them and the response was like yeah we're out of this and this and that. Cooks were arguing in the back over making food. Didn't even put correct labels on the food for how it was ordered. Food was made wrong on top of it. The owner of this BK should be ashamed of how its ran. And Burger King as a company should care, its branches like this one that ruin the brand name. Not only that but there's no professional attitude within the building. BK has become more and more expensive over the years and now the service is terrible on top of it. What's the point. I remember when wappers were .99 and customer service was good. This BK is the worst of worst in the Reno/Sparks area. Stop letting people run a business who shouldn't run one. The BK brand at this location is permanently ruin for me, my family, and the people who were there.
