I am absolutely appalled over an order placed via Just Eat, totalling over £50 from Burger King. The entire order arrived stone cold. Not lukewarm — completely cold and inedible. We attempted to eat it but had to stop as it made us feel unwell. This is completely unacceptable. Spending over £50 on food that cannot be eaten is ridiculous, and it shows a serious lack of care in both preparation and delivery. On top of this, the overall quality of the food was appalling. The items looked as though they had been carelessly thrown together, with no attention to presentation or basic standards. It was genuinely unappetising and far below what should be expected. As this order was placed through Just Eat, I expect this to be resolved properly and without delay. I am requesting a full refund for the entire order. If this is not dealt with promptly, I will be escalating this further through formal complaints and sharing my experience publicly, as this level of service is unacceptable. Seems like the standard service has gone downhill massively. This is disgraceful and we will not be ordering from here again. Price per person: £40–50

Ordered takeaway. Delivery driver walked here. Complained it was cold got offered £3 compensation. Just spent over £30 for what. Cold food. Warm milkshake Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1

Went to parkgste drive through Ordered Chicken bacon cheese burger 8.99 for that and a small fries it was absolutely rubbish see picture get ya binoculars out to see bacon! don't waste your money macdonalds is far far better
