El restaurante esta muy limpio y todo nuevo el burger estaba con muchos trabajadores y el local estaba vacío. La verdad que entramos porque estaba lloviendo mucho y pedimos para comer y no me gusto mucho en España están mucho mejor. Las burgers secas y sin sabor las patatas fritas estaban calientes pero no tenían sabor el menu infantil sin postre solamente te ponen 1 ketchup y el resto de pago y precio más caro. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Burger King in Shkodër. Recently, I heard concerning information from someone who previously worked there about practices that raise serious ethical and safety concerns. According to what I was told, some customers—especially tourists—may be charged incorrect or inflated prices because they might not fully understand the local currency. If this is happening, it is completely unacceptable and damages the trust customers should have in an international brand. Another very disturbing claim was that some customers who specifically avoid pork for religious reasons are sometimes not given accurate information about the meat they are served. For many people this is a serious matter of personal belief and respect. Beyond religion, this can also be a serious health issue. Some people avoid certain foods because of allergies, medical conditions, or other health reasons. Serving someone an ingredient they specifically asked to avoid could potentially cause allergic reactions or other health problems. Misleading customers about what they are eating is extremely dangerous and irresponsible. Because of these concerns, I personally decided not to return, and many people I know feel the same way. I hope Burger King management investigates this location and ensures that customers are treated honestly, safely, and with respect.
