Well. Id give zero stars if possible. Never even got food. Couldn't place my order. The nice young lady at the register was waiting for the manager to put in some code. However. The manager was much to busy to care. Told her we all would just have to wait. Very rudely I will add. Only was concerned about the drive thru. Not the 10 people standing in line waiting to order. She was very rude. Not caring at all about the situation. I waited as long as I could. Around 10 minutes and had to go because I was on my lunch break. I would say that the manager had zero concern about her full lobby. I eat there fairly often. Probably not anymore.

This location has went downhill for some time now. Takes forever to get your order. Tonight was the worst and I will never be back to this location again. I ordered via mobile app. I arrive and they have me park in a slot. There was 3 other cars. They got their food and so did 3 other cars that came after me. I waited 40 minutes and got back in drive through to have to pull forward for another 10 minutes. I realized they gave my food to another car. My meal should have been refunded. The guys working there are incompetent and should not be working in fast food. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

this burger king rules! every time i come here my order is 100% right i don’t even feel the need to check the bag i just drive home! im writing this review though due to the behavior of someone i’m assuming is management, due to the fact that they were the only one in a green shirt and everyone else was wearing black. this person was SO MEAN! not to me personally but to the people they were delegating tasks to. it’s one thing to ask someone to do something it’s another to yell it in their face. i went to college for business management so i know poor leadership when i see it. you can chill out you have good workers!! as someone who also works customer service please be nicer to them Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
