We had fast and friendly service. Good food. Nothing negative to say about our lunch. ????

Food was fine, but the service was terrible. I needed 2 boxes and stood off to the side at the register. One woman with keys who appeared to be a manager walked by me 3 times, never once asking if I needed anything. Then a cook came out with fries and asked if I was waiting for them. I told him no, I needed 2 boxes. He turned his back on me midsentence and walked back into the kitchen. Then the woman walked by me again to grab another order, and finally the guy who took my order walked out of the kitchen. Still didn't ask if I needed help and I had to say twice, "Excuse me, sir? Can I have 2 boxes?" And the woman looked over and gave me a quick, "Sorry." The boxes were in plain sight beyond the counter and I could have easily stepped over and grabbed them. Since I've worked in restaurants before I knew it would be rude. So as much as I wanted to, I did not. Save your money and go somewhere else. Or go to the real Red Robin. They have better service than this circus.

Love red Robbin but the burger works chain of red Robbin is no way as good as the real restaurant in my opinion, I'm sticking to the real restaurants!
