Overpriced for the food. Service was ok. When we were delayed getting a text message that our order was ready, nobody attempted to find us. Instead when we went and got our food was greeted by 4 different people that they have to remake our food because it sat too long. As a customer I didn’t feel real good how I was treated by many of the staff on a mix up. To be told your food has been sitting for 2 hours (which was not true) many times. Really? I would suggest you revamp your policy on how to get ppl their food in all scenarios rather than chastising your customers who paid over $50 plus tip. You can do better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Oh my gosh, coming here was so fun! Such a vibe, the food is honestly delicious, and everyone was very friendly. Chase took our order and he was so nice, whatever he's getting paid he should totally get a raise. I don't live here but my family does and every time I come back this is the place I'll take them to! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A fantastic, reliable favorite! I have been coming to Burgermaster for years, and this new Issaquah location completely lives up to the name. I’ve already been here twice since they opened this week. The food is always good, and the service has always been friendly. The dining room isn’t open yet so it’s only drive-in style at the moment, but I can’t wait to be able to eat inside. I know they are still new and the team is learning, but I wouldn’t have noticed if the front of the store wasn’t still under construction. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
