Honestly really disappointed. Ordered from here thinking it would be a nice easy takeaway, but it turned into a hassle. The food took ages to arrive and when it finally did, it was barely warm and not nearly as good as I expected. What made it worse was the way the owner handled things when I called up. Came across as pretty rude and dismissive, like they couldn’t care less about the issue. A simple apology would’ve gone a long way. Overall not a great experience and I won’t be ordering again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the owners speaking, it’s the first I’m hearing regarding about your order. So you didn’t speak to the owner he does not be at the shop. You should have asked for the manager, if this was on Friday I apologise they were very busy. We are working on a new menu and new management and customer service methods by Monday to ensure quality service is consistent.

Visited Burgershack recently and had a great experience. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and well cooked. Service was quick and the staff were polite. Good value for money. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30
