Tried the Bury Diner today for the first time and was very pleased. The food was delicious, the service excellent, but the french fries were the hit. They were the best fries I've eaten in a long time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We really enjoy breakfast or lunch here. The food is so good and it’s a fairly priced, fun diner style experience. Today I was surprised, though, at the loud and repetitive complaining of the older waitress at breakfast. It’s too hot, I’m not in the mood, I shouldn’t have come in to face that, we have to bus our own tables on weekends (to maybe a trainee). It was a lot. Toxic stuff like that will mess with the morale of any staff. The person in charge should take note of her behavior. We will be back because we love the food and usually get great service.

Great local restaurant with home cooking. Green beans- delicious and cooked just right. Mashed potatoes-- real. Nothing was overly salty. Salmon was good just a little dry. Iced tea was fresh. Staff was very gracious and I was served everything I requested. Just don't ask for the rice pudding....not so good. However, when I told staff about it they offered me cookies instead. That's great customer service in my opinion. Thanks Bury.
