I had a very disappointing experience at Bush's on China Springs Road. I politely asked for fresh food, and instead of being treated with respect, several employees responded with rude attitudes. They rolled their eyes, used profanity, and acted like my request was an inconvenience. Even the cook was rude and using inappropriate language. The worst part was the manager's response. She came out and argued with me about how fresh the food was, even though she had been sitting in the office for the 10 minutes I had been standing there. I personally saw how long the chicken had been sitting out before placing my order. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for fresh food or to expect courteous service. Unfortunately, the behavior of both the employees and the manager made for a very unpleasant experience. Because of how I was treated, I will not be returning to the Bush's on China Springs Road. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came in around 2:30 for a late lunch and touring the area for a new home, and our chicken was so dry and overcooked that we couldn’t even eat it. We ordered red beans and rice and it was a cup full of rice and literally 3 or 4 beans in the cup. Highly disappointed in the food. The Hispanic lady I’m assuming was the manager was too busy sitting down at the first booth with her little boy running all over the place and her employees standing around her and not working their jobs. Kudos to the Ace Hardware store down the road, you know what customer service is all about.
